Andreas Trabesinger
Key steps to communicating successfully are to identify the story you want to tell, to know to whom you want to tell that story, and to tell your story in a direct, transparent manner.
To help scientists in this process, I offer the perspective of a scientist with more than five years of postdoctoral experience at Berkeley and ETH Zurich, of a professional manuscript editor who has been part of the launch team at Nature Physics and worked in that role for seven years, and of someone who for nearly three decades now writes with a passion about exciting topics — from quantum physics to wine, from science history to motor racing.
